When I start up my computer the background looks distorted and I can not use my mouse to navigate to find out what the problem is or to try and use system restore. Help!! I originally get a message that reads that Money express needs a different color setting in order to work. Mostly I can't figure out what to do if the mouse is not working.

In addition, you should run Scandisk as soon as you can. You seemed to have lost video and mouse drivers. It looks distorted because it is running in 16 color mode.

Just in case you don't know how to get to start>run without the mouse...press the windows key on the keyboard to bring up the start menu then use the arrow keys to move up to run and press enter to bring up the run box. You can also get to settings > control panel > display this way.
