Mail problem

    Sometimes when I open Mozilla Mail I get the outline for the mail but there are no messages shown. What causes this to happen? Is it a bug?
    To fix it, I shut the mail and then re-open it and the mail is there.

    Hi ackerberg,

    Could be that the localstore.rdf file is corrupt. This file defines default windows settings.

    Close Mozilla & Quick Launch
    Either rename, or delete the file, which is located in your *.slt folder. Mozilla will rebuild the file when launched.

    Let us know if you continue to have problems.
