Keeping in mind that I know nothing of Excel...:)

How does one change an already existing bar chart to a line chart before printing? Are there simple buttons on the tool bar and what are they? Appreciate the help...asking for a new computer/Excel user...

Click on the chart to select it and the Chart toolbar should open. If it does, click on the drop-down arrow next to the "Chart Type" button (point at the buttons and wait, a description will pop up), point at each icon on the menu to get the description and then click on that one that says "Line Chart. "

If the Chart toolbar doesn't open after selecting the chart, go to the top of the Excel window and click on Chart, then on Chart Type, pick the one you want, click OK.

Thanks, Miz. I'll pass this along to the one needing to know. Appreciate it.
