    Hi

Wonder if anyone can help please. Every few minutes we are getting a box pop up with:

Norton Internet Security - Program Control
    Low Risk

A remote system is attempting access Microsoft Generic host process for Win32 Services

    Time: 11.58
    Date 20.04
    Porgram: c:/windows/system32/suchost.exe
    Protocol TCP (inbound)

We permit this, but after a few moments we get another box appear asking yet again for permission for access.

Why is this always appearing and can we prevent it?

    Thanks

You need to open your firewall control panel and configure it to always allow that process. The help section within the program should tell you how.
