    Hi Lis
Your best bet would probably be to zip it and send maybe?

Check with your ISP, some have limits on the size of file. Yahoo, Hotmail, limited to 1mb.

Previously used ZIP, failed to send. Have RR (Cable), no limit on size of file. Thanks for your replies.
Is there a method to compress the file?

    Hi again Lis
Do you not have the option to right click on the song....choose Zip and Email? It should do it for you in one fell swoop?

Performed the "one fell swoop" and Outlook Express requied 15 minutes to finish the sending process. And then O.E. determined the file was too large(20.1mb)for the server to send out. Any more ideas? Please advise. Thanks

    20 MB? compressed?

Is it a .wav? Maybe find a smaller version of the song? .MP3 perhaps?

There is a small program called "Splitter ". It will split any file into bytes the size of a floppy. It will also make itself small so whoever you send the split files to, you can send the program to rejoin. I think I downloaded it from download.com.. Very simple to use.

Zipped MP3 file (2.63MB) required only one minute to send. The wav file was much too large. Placed the "Splitter" in favorites for future use. Issue resolved. Thanks.

    Happy Easter Egg.:)
