I've tried to make MS Digital Image Suite 9 open my pictures when I'm browsing throgh the Windows Exlporer. It opens some, but not always and can't find what the difference is. When it doesn't open the picture, it opens to Digital Image's file browser and to the last place I had the file browser open. I've tried MS Digital Image's email help, but he couldn't help. Anyone had this problem before or know why it won't open the pictures every time? I'm using Win 98SE.

They open the same with other programs. Most of the recent ones taken with a digital camera opens like it should, but not always. Some I scanned will open and some won't. Those that wouldn't, I've tried "Shift + Right Click" "open with" and pick the program. It didn't make any difference.

Install Irfanview and the plug-ins. When you have trouble opening a pic with your usual graphics app, try with irfanview. It may not open them either but it is good about saying what the problem is.
