XP Pro vs Home

What are the principal differences between pro and home?

There is about a $50 difference between the two and I have clients who are cheap enough to care - particularly if they have to buy 30-40 copies. I have been using pro since the early beta, but have never figured out what the differences are. Not only that, but I've got a laptop that came with home and it seems fine to me.

if you are looking for a good price, I purchased xp pro full with sp1 which is licensed for 2 cpus for 138.00 at newegg. It is oem but who cares. good luck

P.S. the previous post is correct, the main differences are in networking.

 

Thanks for the reminders. Actually, networking works adequately in both cases. But, I just found the Killer - Home cannot join a domain. That is the big dog here - at least for the folks I work with.
