not showing pictures

    I just connected another computer to my room using a router. The origional comp works just fine and so does the new connection. Here is where the problem is.
    When I go to a web site on my new comp, I can't see any pictures...just an "X" where it should be. This is not a prob;\lem on the older comp. What gives? The new comp uses windows XP the old one uses win98.
