    View Threads

 I am sorry I should have also said what happens when I try to view threads.
The page loads to say50/80% but nothing appears apart from the blue sceen. Sometimes but rarely if I try refresh it works but not that often. I was wondering were in XP the function to repair IE is [if there is such one] as there used to be in W98SE. It is so aggrevating.

KARLES--Any problem which happens some of the time could be difficult to solve.
Are you saying this happens only with VirtualDr?
Can you think of any new software/hardware added to your PC about the same time the problems started?
Have you cleaned out your cache? (Temporary Internet Files and Temp files) Do you reboot from time to time?
I am not sure repair of IE will do the job, but here are instructions.
    http://help.att.net/docs/howto/othe...ustomercontent=customer_browser&platform=none
and the official MSKB article (more difficult)

    Hi Karles...

I'm assuming you know how to shutdown your computer. Rebooting your computer is the same as restarting your computer without shutting it down.

    1) Click "Start "
    2) Then click "Shut Down "
    3) In the What do you want the computer to do drop-down list, click "Restart "

    From Wikipedia:
    - A hard reboot is restarting a computer without the usual shut-down procedure. It occurs when switching the computer off and on again, or, on some systems, by pressing Control-Alt-Delete or a special reset button. It may be caused by power failure, done by accident, or used because nothing else works.

    - A soft reboot or warm reboot is restarting a computer without removing power. It usually, though not always, refers to an orderly shut down then reboot.
