    Does any one know how an administrator can boot a user who is logged on off the network???

    Go to the server console (or use Remote Console) and do the following:

    In Console Monitor select Connection Information and then find the User ID you want to disconnect (press F3 to sort by name to find your user faster).

    From here you can hightlight each connection (there will be more than one) and hit Delete to close each connection with that user. If you want to be nice, you can press F8 for more options to send him/her a message before you kick them off. :D
