AVG Free - gone again

    free-grisoft.cz ...
    12 resume/downloads/server errors/ file corrupts,
    for AVG6642fu-free.
    Are they trying to deceive us yet AGAIN.
    I would prefer they shut the updates down
    rather than waste my life like this.
    Anyone ?

    Once I did this. Scroll down to Lonny's post, about 8 down, the workaround. Switched mine to "www.grisoft.com ". No further problems.

    Maybe they have - or have problems, but I can't connect via AVG or download the updates from the web site.

    Lonny's tweak worked for me - perfect download, albeit a bit slow.

    Thanks all - and Lonny of course - missed his post on this problem.
    Have been able to get updates reliably and at reasonable speed
    from grisoft main site.
