access violation in module supporter5

    When I click on a new link I get the following message:
    Access violation at address 0040495E in module supporter5.exe. read of address FFFFFFFF.

    Can anyone tell me whats going on and how do I get rid of it?

    supporter5.exe -us that was it

    Thanks that was it and I uninstalled it. One day it just installed itself while reading email. Thats not right. Thanks for your help
