Whenever I try to print a page I get the message: no paper in printer. There is plenty of paper, there is no paper jam and all conections are connected. I went and bought new ink jet cartridges thinking this might be the problem but no luck. This happened once before but I cannot remember what fixed it. What could the problem be? Thanks.

Start by trying to print a test page, right click on the printer icon in the printer folder and choose "print test page" if that doesn't print it will open a trouble shooting window. What kind of printer are you using?

    sensor arm

Try this then! The only way to tell is to watch the rollers when you give it a feed command. If they are spinning, and paper isn't being fed, then the restorer will fix the problem. If not, the oops (out of paper sensor) arm is visible in the center, just above where the paper feeds out of the printer. Make sure the arm moves freely by poking it.:)
