Canadian Aol7.0 & Users

I have a h/p/pavillion 7935,I bought it in November it came with windows xp home edition
AOL Canada is my internet provider.I have aol 7.0 version.
My problem is when I am in instant messaging (aol program not instant messenger)talking to 1 person or more then 1 I get a pop up saying " you are blocked form sending instant message notes "See keyword rate limit for details then I click on ok it boots me offline,Rate limit means I am sending to many Ims 1 after another however this is not the case Any help on this would be great thanks.
Also I am wondering if anyone else using AOL Canadian version7.0 has this problem and if they do, have they solved it and how did they solve it ,Please any help on this would be great.
I dont have any virus etcccc all my updates are up todate too thanks ...... and I like Aol so dont tell me to scrap thats the easy wat out lol..........
