    There are 2 threads on this subject but neither has a fix that works.

    Update Roll-up 1 for Microsoft Windows XP (KB826939)

    I installed this when it first came out and now it keeps showing up to be installed again.

    It is right back as if it was not installed but I know was from the log. I have removed and reinstalled several times to no avail.
