    Hi,
I have been helping a friend clean up the junk on her old Windows 95 computer. It seems to be working fine now except for one thing.

When she boots up for the first time in the morning, the windows loads completely but the arrow on the screen does not move. We cannot do a alt+control+delete, as it is completely hung up. Then we push the power button and it restarts, goes through the scan disk, and then windows boots up normally and we can move the mouse.

We tried using several different mice but it still locks up on the initial boot. Any ideas would be helpful. It is just annoying.

Thanks for your help. I'll pass this good information to her.
