keyboard down!

Hello to all!

My major problem (none of my jeys are working) is still prevalent despite the fact that the viruses were already removed from my laptop's XP.

How will I rule out that I do not have a software problem now, especially that the system says keyboard is working properly when I have it troubleshoot at Settings.

Please advise.

When you start the laptop, and you see the message 'Press DEL to enter Setup' it may say F10 instead, do you get into the BIOS?
Or, if you have floppy drive, boot with a floppy and see if you can do this command 'dir c:'.

Mark, it says F2 not F10. None of my keys work, so I cannot even rely on pressing the latter.

I will try booting with a floppy, then update you afterwrds...thanks a lot!
