    Hi

Am running Win2k desktop with Novell6 servers and controlling system access through ZEN group policies.

Theres a piece of software we want to install; it's basically all HTML, which will be accessed through our intranet, but it uses realplayer for the sound files. I don't really want realplayer on the machines, BUT there doesn't seem to be a way around it, so I'm looking for software/shareware/freeware that will allow me to lock down and restrict access to the menus in RealPlayer, for example the preferences and in particular the Proxy settings.

The firewall is preventing RPlayer from accessing the outside world anyway, but I just want to kill off all temptation for the students to fiddle.

Hvaing checked the previous threads, one option could be to convert all the rm files to Wav and rewrite the html, but I'd rather tweak the Rp settings if possible. Any ideas?

    Many thanks
