    Interesting that MS is offering this for Win98 now, in light of the present "in limbo" status of support for Win98. This patch is not offered on Windows Update.
    Can you offer some advice whether this is an obvious install if we run VB6 or surf the 'Net? Your article makes it sound like installation is a no brainer. The MS article, however, makes it sound much more complicated and restricted.
