wont let me delete files

    when i try to delete my zoolander.avi file, a promt that reads "cannot delete incomplete~zoolander.avi it is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be using the file and try again" but it's not being used by another program or file. if anybody knows how to fix it, could you please help me out. thanks
