After i reinstall my winxp ( without format or del my old winxp)
i overlap it and i able to keep all setting include MS office and other program without reinstall them.

But i got a problem whenever i startup after login in to winxp.

it show: rundll32.exe - Bad image

The application or Dll c:\windows\system32\msiefr40.dll is not a vaild windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Give this a go and see if it helps:
Go to Start - Run and type:

    sfc /scannow
    Press ENTER

    You'll need your XP CD

    naughtyboy Hi
after first taking Daizy 's suggestion :)
Provided you have Run SpyBot and Adaware You could post a hijackthis log ,if you havent please do get them both are free,
    Links are in my signature

    then hijackthis
Post a log from HijackThis so one of the Forum can see
what's going on.The current version is 1.97.7 [created by merijn bellekom]

    Get it here
    http://tools.radiosplace.com/HijackThis.exe
    choose save, NOT OPEN
Plce it in a PERMANANT folder, double-click HijackThis.exe,
and hit "Scan ". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents here.
Most of what it lists will be harmless, even essential,DON'T fix anything yet please. Also If you've used it before please dont have anything excluded
