Windows media player 7

    Hi
    I'm running windows 98 and IE 6 and I downloaded media player 7.1.

    When I tried to open it I get an error message.....

    "An internal application error has occured"

    That's all it says with an "OK" button, does not give any details.

    Can someone direct me to a windows media help page or give me a clue on what the problem may be?
