What is the most likely cause of screen flicker ?
It seems to be slowly getting worse and as it happens on both of my computers I suspect that my monitor is on the way out
    Regards

Might try lowering the refresh rate.

You want to set the refresh rate higher. The lower you go, the more flicker you'll see.

Turns out it was the refresh rate, which I have now changed from 60 to 75mhz and everything is fine.
    Thanks
