windows error and aol

    :( I got a pop error when my pc starts up the error comes up and it says "nt on access scanner service has encountered a problem and needs to close " then askes if i want to send report to microsoft please help me on what this is


    My other problem is I have AOL 7.0 and is compatiable with windows xp. I get a pop up sating "You are blocked from sending instant message notes "see key word rate limit then I click ok and is boots me offline Now rate limit means I am sending messages after one another however this is not the case I am not doing that and aol has not helpied with this they hgave no clue why its doing this so any help would be appreciated

    AOL tech support is bad. =]

    Perhaps a key is stuck on your keyboard? Usually BIOS would detect this on bootup but maybe it hasn't? Open up notepad and see if any keys are being sent, try hitting Num Lock to make sure the light goes on off with each of your keystrokes, etc.

    re AOL error

    No keys are stuck today I did a restore on my computer Still have the aol problem they will no longer help me they said its a software problem and they are full of balony, I added only AOL to my pc and started IMing and the same **** happend Hewlett Packard said its a Aol issue with windows xp I dont know who to believe and how to solve this problem.

    The other problem having the error come on when I turn on pc and windows has loaded I know its a maAfee errorbecasue it only happen coming on when I downloaded my virus scan online stuff and dont know how to fix it .:confused:
