soundcard problems

    I just installed an audigy gamer sound card. Problem is, it keeps freezing up my computer. I have disabled everything I could under sound, video & game controllers but It still gives me problems.

    Could there be a conflict I'm not seeing?? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    I am running windows 2000.

    Hi groucho,
    Can't speek to the Audigy and Win2000 but when I purchased my Value Live card several years ago and installed on Win98 I experienced similar problems. Had to download new drivers from Creative.
