Are the JPG Files "associated" with a program that can open
them? A nice way to check is with "Freedom of Association ",
a program that can check and fix, from ZDNet or PCMag.com.

A program called ACDSee opens the attachments. When I used Outlook Express the pics were in the body of the message. That is what I want Outlook to do.

If it's an "inline" picture, it should show up in the body.
If so, what shows up instead of the picture??

If it's an "online" picture, you need to be connected to
the internet to get it from their server - watch for bugs.

Is Outlook (or an AV/Firewall) set to prevent these??

The pictures are sent as attachments. They used to show in the body of the message in Outlook Express.

I think it is the program security that keeps them from being shown.
