Can anyone tell me what this means and what to do about it?
Does it have anything to do with booting problems?
The eigth line down says dynamic load failed.

The dynamic load failed as this file was not found. In the bootlog, there could be failed attempts to load numerous items. Not all occurrences are actual problems, some are bugs in the bootup process.
I have a few failed items in my log, one refers to ndis2sup.vxd, and the file does exist on the hard drive, and is in the System folder.
The lines you have posted have only to do with the modem, the last line is the system moving onto the USB hub.
What type of booting problems do you have?
