Outlook 2002: change the Contacts to show Last Name First

    Using Outlook 2002 ..basically for Contacts only to sync with my palm device for all my addresses. Does anyone know a way to change the Contacts to show Last Name First ..??? I tried setting it but it is not staying. Not sure what is up here...Thanks!!

    In Outlook 2000, it's On the Tools>Options>Preferences tab>Contact Options button and in the "Default 'file as' order" drop-down list, click the option you want.

    Hopefully, Outlook 2002 is the same or similar.

    Tools - E-mail accounts - View or change existing directories or address books - Outlook Address Book - Change.
