Every time I put on the computer, it hangs, the cursor won’t move and the keyboard is not functioning at all. So, I have to put off the computer thru the main switch. The computer will work after second or third try.
While using the Internet, every time I close each window of Internet Explorer, this message will show up:
Iexplore has caused an error in <unknown>.
    Iexplore will now close.
    With the following details:
IEXPLORE caused an exception 03H in module <unknown> at cea5:00000001.

Hi Rolly - Welcome to the Board :)

Please post your OS and version of IE/OE that you are running.

In the meantime download and run:

    Spybot
    Ad-aware
Immediately update their reference files (aka virus definitions), run Spybot before Ad-aware and delete all they find.

Also download and run Cwshredder - download at the bottom of the page under 'Epilogue'.

Trust you are running antivirus - fully updated re. definitions and a firewall.

Thanks a lot, Mr. PeteC. Your Suggestion really works!!!

I follow what PeteC(staff) instructed me to solve the problem with my pc regarding IE. I downloaded Spybot, Ad-aware and Cwshredder and it really works. Thank you very much.
Hope you do the same. God Bless You.

    Rolly,

Glad to be of help :)

I can't over emphasize the importance of good antivirus with the virus definitions updated regularly and firewall to keep your PC protected.

BTW - when posting back to a thread you started please hit the 'Reply' button at the bottom of the page, type your reply and hit 'Submit'.

    Error: Failed to load cd_clint.dll

    Thank you very much, Sir.

One more thing I’d like to ask help from you is that, after restarting my PC, an error appears (Failed to load cd_clint.dll) which started after installing Spybot, Ad-aware and Cwshredder. This shows after starting up.
I’m using IE 5.5 and Windows ME.
What should I do to delete it?

    Rolly

Did you try running spybot and adaware again. If not, I'd give it another try. It may not have been able to remove everything the first time around. After you do that or if you already have go here for instructions on how to remove it manually. I'd have a look and make sure you got rid of it all.
