Running Me, IE 6 , normal getup....

used to burn CDs all the time -- all of a sudden, my CD burner/dvd drive reads all blank CDs as full, even when they come directly from the plastic package! thought originally it was a Roxio problem -- but the comp reads them as full even before i open roxio!

help! how can i fix this?
i'm kinda beginner, so go easy on me...

    thanks, BM

Right click My Computer\Properties, then click on Device Manager, remove all CD entries. Reboot, normally they will be redetected and be reinstalled.

Restart in Dos Mode, use this command at the prompt, and pick a registry dated before this happened.
    scanreg /restore
