    Greetings one and all,

My problem relates to OE (current version). I have no problem receiving / sending regular emails. But as soon as I try to 'Insert' a picture, the message freezes up and OE does as well, and ultimately crashes out. I usually have to Cntl-Alt-Del to end it's process.

I've checked my security levels and don't see any problems. Anyone have a quick fix idea for me?

    Respectfully

    Welcome Dexter,

Which operating system do you use? Does this happen only when you try to insert a picture - or does it also happen why you try to attach a file?

Sorry for the lapse in common sense in providing the information needed.

Win XP Pro, AMD 64 chip, 1 gig PC3200 mem (two sticks of 512), GeForce 3 video.

I can attach files no problem. My settings include formatting the new email to handle in rich text format. I clik on the insert then clik on picture and the email seizes up.
