no JAVASCRIPT

    I CANNOT FIND JAVASCRIPT ON MY COMPUTER. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT I CAN LIKE GOING UNDER VIEW, INTERNET OPTIONS AND THAT DID NOT WORK. DO I NEED SOME KIND OF SOFTWARE? ONE OF THE PROBLEMS IS I HAVE WINDOWS 95. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR DO I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER . THANKYOU!
