Header for new Outlook message

How do I have a pre-defined header come up automatically when I bring up a new mail message in Outlook 2000? This would be like the letterhead of a business. I have tried for two hours searching around in Outlook and Help and just can't figure it out. Maybe it is not available?

I think stationary is the option you want. Build a page you like and then use it as the stationary.

 

Here is how I got it to work with HTML:

Under Tools in Outlook select Options then Mail Format.

Make sure HTML is selected in Send in this message format:

Open Stationery Picker then highlight Blank and select Edit

Under Backgroung select Picture then Browse to your GIF

You may have to change Files of type in the Browse window to GIF (or whatever type you are using)
