Microsoft Reader

I have installed and activated the latest vesion of Microsoft Reader. When I download a file, such as an ebook or a free dictionary from Microsoft the Reader opens but the downloaded material is nowhere to be found. It is supposed to show up in MY LIBRARY but doesn't. I disabled my pop-up blocker in case that was stopping it but still nothing. Any ideas?

 

First thing I would do is a search of the entire HDD in case it got saved somewhere else by accident.
