    Hi!

I'm building reports off of queries and one of the fields I have is a percentage field. This field is calculated off another in a query and when I run the query it will display the information as such:

    48.75

This is good, and this is how I want it to look. (I don't necessarily need to have the % sign involved.)

The first set of reports I created pulled this field in, and in the report the information is displayed as:

    48.75

This is also good. In the field properties of the report, the Format is blank and the Decimal Places is Auto.

However, I now have created another report, using the same field information, but this time I cannot get the information to format properly. It looks like this:

    48.74915

In the field properties, I've tried to use the same as above, but it doesn't work. I've tried to use the Percent Format, but it still doesn't change anything. I've changed the Decimal Places around and the most I can get it to do is:

    4874%

I can't seem to work out this formatting. Can anyone help? Is there a glitch somewhere that I'm unaware of?

    Thanks!
    Ana

Try changing the format to 'fixed' and the decimal places to '2'.
