problem with windowsxp

    sir,

    I go through your site but i was unable to answer my question.

    I am facing a problem in Windowsxp prof.,

    when i open 'Device Manager' , I see a Yellow Mark on my cd-rom and cd-writter . When i see the property of the cd-rom , it says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" . Now I am unable to fix this problem , pls help me How can i fix this problem .

    I had the same problem. I went into the Device Manager and deleted both the CD-ROM and the CD-RW and restarted and let windows detect the new hardware. You might have to reinstall the drivers from the CDs that came with your hardware. You could also try a system restore.
