    Running Windows XP Home:

Nothing happens when I click on "Help and Support ". It shows to be installed, but sure won't open.

I don't have a Windows XP installation disk, as the OS was installed on the computer when I bought it.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Support disk

You should have support disks that came with your pc, with most systems like this you can run diag on the system and fix any problems you may have other wise try using,

    www.technet.com

    good luck.

    Help and Support

"Kelly" came through again, I have my "help and support" back.

If did require a Windows XP CD though, which I and probably 80% of computer owners don't have. The restore CD that came with the computer was useless for this procedure.

Lucky me, I have a friend who loanded me a Windows Cd.

    Thanks for your help

Thanks RayH, that's a good site to bookmark for future reference. I guess there's an answer to most problems out there somewhere, but are sometimes hard to find.

    Thanks to all,

Sometimes, people had the exact same problem as you already. I had the problem and have the patch.
