commands to reinstall windows from scratch

a: is my floppy
c: is my hard drive
d: is my cd rom

i cannot boot from the cd rom,, now ive tryed everything this is what ive tryed.

maked boot disk
format
fdisk
copy files off cdrom onto the hard drive
boot from hard drive

what are the commands and steps to use.
please no links their not helpfull to me,, i just want commands from start to finish, and steps.

Since you have the setup files copied onto the hard drive, boot off of it. Then insert the drive letter and folder name where the setup files are into the command below.
X:\foldername\setup

anyways ty for the help,, Ive already installed then i realized that Ive installed and thought i would come post about the success.
