   I needed a utility to test my ram because I believe it may be faulty. But after 19 hours I think it should have been done, I get addresses under the "failing address" column but canot figure out how to use this program. any help would be appreciated.

   Try Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool - the full test will take overnight, but there is a shorter option.
   
   19 hours does not seem excessive - in my experience.
