I have a problem with XP pro. My Administrator account works fine, but when I try to run as Guest an RTL error message - "HPZim12.exe" not working or corrupt.

I know this file is present because it is running as a process in the Adminstrator account.

I've searched for the file using Windows Explorer and another file manager (Universal Explorer), but neither sees this file.

    Help!?

I could find no trace of this exe on Google, but the name suggests an HP device (printer?) file.

When you searched did you set Explorer to show hidden and system files?

Try AgentRansack - an excellent search engine, far superior to the native engine in XP.

Yes, I did look for all files including hidden and system.
