Remote Support of Win 2K,2003 Servers

    Looking for suggestions. I have several Win 2K and Win 2003 servers in remote locations. Each location has a DSL/Cable internet connection. I would like to connect to the server to perform maintenance from a remote location on Windows subjects and other apps. What's the best method?

    Remote desktop hands down. (Because it's free)
    Just foward 3389 to the LAN ip of the server.

    Remote Desktop is included wth all XP Pro machines.
