I have Windows 98 for OS. I was using IE6.0 with no problem then installed 6.0.SP1 which is called the customized version. Since then I have not been able to enter secure sites. My Encryption shows cipher strength 0. When I try to enter a secure site I get the Action Canceled - Unable to link page. How can I get my cipher strength fixed? I've tried all the options available.
I installed Mozilla and use that to contact secure sites but it takes a lot of time switching back and forth.

    IE Problem Cypher Strength

I couldn't retire until I replied to your message and told you thank you. It worked. I have been trying different things for 4 months and couldn't fix it. Thanks a ton and Happy New Year.
