Mozilla 1.5 No Music

Hi
I installed Mozilla 1.5 and is running great except on the web site below I can't hear the music.

In order to hear the embedded sound files on the BlueMountain site, you must have a program designated to play these files. For embedded .mid files you can use either of the following programs:
Crescendo
Beatnik

If you have one of the above programs installed, let us know, and we can troubleshoot your problem further.

Ramona,
I installed Crescendo. When I look in the Plugin-In folder in Windows Explorer, Crescendo is in there but nothing shows up in About Plugins. When I try to access their web site all I get is timed out.
Also I installed the Beatnik Player. It's in Program Files but not in About Plugins.
I must be doing something wrong but I don't know what .
I still need your help please.

Close Netscape:

Reinstall Crescendo on top of itself
When the install gets to the
"Enter Destination Location" window
Ensure that the path is:
C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\plugins

Open Netscape
Go to aboutlugins
Is Crescendo listed?

Let's get Crescendo working first, then deal with Beatnik. Crescendo has far better audio quality than Beatnik, and definitely my preference.

Thank you so much. Crescendo is up and running. I didn't realize I had to change the path from Netscape to Mozilla.

These Programs can be pretty sneaky, and you have to take the time to read each and every detail of the install windows. Glad that you can listen to your .mid files now.
