XP refuses to save passwords in OE6.

I cannot get my Outlook Express or Dial-Up to save any passwords, whatsoever. I choose save password for instance, and the moment I close the applet, and recheck it, the password is gone again.

Any ideas? I've tried the other dial-up articles here, but they weren't much help. I'm mainly concerned about OE6, and wasn't sure whether or not to put it in the applications forum, or this one. Since it's XP, and OE6.

Thanks you two. That seemed to do the trick. Not so much the first one (because I had read it already, and it failed, then I posted). The second was REALLY the trick, but after that, the first one enabled the rest of the problem. Dial-up, and OE both settled. Thanks!
