To burn audio cd's i use the nero burning rom. Now a friend of mine have an mp3 portable player and he wants a cd with about 100 mp3 on it to play them on this cd. Now since the wizard of nero which i use does create the songs automatically to .cda format (i.e. no more than 18-22) what is to procedure to copy several mp3's on 1 cd which can be played on mp3 players.

Usually i back up mp3's by creating a data disc rather than an audio disc but doing it this way i am not sure if the mp3's will be playable.

    Thanks for any information !

That's the way you do it. Just burn it as you would any data cd.

    WARNING

Some mp3 players that read burned CD's only read ISO-9660 style 8.3 file names. Also any non-DOS 6.22 approved characters used in file names may cause the disk to be rejected.

Lastly some mp3 players only will read the first 650mb and may lock up if a 700mb cd is inserted.
