I am trying to give full rights to a user using Earthlink 5.0 on their notebook. When the user try's to change locations from where to dial at I am getting the prompt that you must be logged in as Administror to change locations. The user has full rights tot he program so why cant they change dialing locations.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

I don't have a Win2k Machine in front of me to tell you the steps, but the user has to have admin rights on the local machine even if he/she is a user w/o admin rights on the domain.
Check the user profile on the local machine and make sure they have admin rights.
It may be user accounts in the control panel, but I can't remember.
