Outlook 97 PAB

Hi,

I'm running Outlook 97 o Win NT SP6.
Recently I tried to add a new email address to my PAB,usually I have an option for internet email,however this has disapeared.

Now I only have 2 options - Other Address and Personal Distribution List.

If I use the other address option,when I try to send I get a reply saying no transport was found for that address.

If I type the address in it works ok.

I've tried removing the PAB and creating a new one but I still only have two options.Can anyone help?
