    My original US robotics modem was replaced a couple years ago with a Creative Modemblaster PCI DI531, V92. In my Ad/Remove list, I still have an entry for...US Robotics 56K Voice PCI DOS Box Support. Is it OK to remove this entry?

    If the modem isn't in the machine, remove the entry.
    Actually leaving it can cause problems, and should have been uninstalled when the modem was removed.
