When my system comes out of standby there is a picture of my dog that I like, which only stays for several seconds - then the user login screen comes up. The picture used to me my backdrop but just disappered from there. I can not find that picture on my harddrive at all. I have done all kind of searches and it's just not there (that I can find it). My question is where can I find where the system brings up that picture for those few seconds. Thanks for help in advance.

Do a search for a file called 'Internet Explorer Wallpaper'. And if it's that file, just copy and paste it to the folder of your choice. To make it your desktop background, just open it, right click in it, and choose 'Set as Desktop Background'. Hope I could help.

you led me to the right place.. I did a search as you recommended and one of the bmps was wallpaper1 - which didn't show up in the display desktop option. Thank you very much.. that picture meant a lot to me. Thanks again......
