IE Settings won't hold - Please help

I use a dialup number at another location and a lan at home.
When I change from one location to another, the dial up window keeps appearing when I use the internet or try to do my email.
I go to the settings and change it to never dial a connection but it won't hold. It's driving me crazy. Please help. The dial up window keeps appearing.

 

The usual (and usually correct) suspect when unwanted dialup windows popup is spyware.

To find out if spyware is the cause, and to remove it as well, download, install, read the help files to familiarize yourself with how them, immediately update and then run Spybot and/or AdAware. I recommend you use them both since each tends to find things the other misses. Let them clean up any spyware found.

Then, to be doubly sure, download and run CWShredder and run it (link to the download is near the bottom of the page).

 

I've run spyware and adaware. It's the "dial-up" window for a DLS line at another location-- not a popup or popunder. At home I use a cable modem.

Anyway, I ran ie fix and so far it's working ok.
